In 2010, Wimberly Apartments Limited Partnership purchased this 4.6-acre property which is adjacent to three of our four residential communities in Sherman, Texas.

The existing building is being developed into a Community Centre/Adult Activity Centre that will also serve as the home base for Wimberly's Club program for the residents of our Raintree, Country Village, Creekview and nearby Parkview properties.
